The breakfast sandwiches here are really good. Super unexpected from campus food. The cookies are also really nice. Definitely would recommend.

The staff are friendly. The have the best Americano and classic cookies. For Breakfast, I would highly recommend the Yo-la yogurt granola bowel.

Great coffee but get more staff on a Saturday, one person having to do it all is nuts, she was rushed off her feet and wait times were long.

Hi Martin. Thanks for your feedback and apologies of course that your experience wasn't what was expected. We were aware that wait times were longer than usual on this particular day, and of course having one member of staff was inadequate, and not in the plan at all. We had a late instance of sickness reported the morning of opening, and we were only able to get replacement cover in from around 10.30am, which felt like a reasonable option compared to the alternative of closing. Hospitality is a difficult beast to say the least, where staff absence has a direct and immediate impact on service - we can't just catch up with the work the following day - and it's credit to a) the staff member who so diligently battled on in the face of mounting pressure and b) the team in general that we could respond quickly to an unforeseen absence. Our apologies again for the wait, but we're glad that it was worth it for the great coffee :)
